Introduction
We want you to be completely satisfied with Seedance 2 AI Video services. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a clear refund policy to ensure your peace of mind. The refund request period and the eligibility conditions work together: being inside the time window does not automatically make an order refundable.
Refund Request Period
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date. This is a necessary requirement, but it is not the only requirement. Orders submitted within 7 days must still satisfy every eligibility condition below. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, your account must meet all of the following conditions:
If any one condition fails, the order is not eligible for a self-service refund even if the request was submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Usage Requirements
- Purchased credits must remain recoverable — your account must still retain enough refundable credits to cover the purchase being refunded. For subscriptions, we check the credits still recoverable from the refunded billing period. Usage of free, promotional, or bonus credits does not affect your refund eligibility, and failed generations that were automatically refunded do not count as consumed credits.
- The service must not have been used in violation of our Terms of Service
How to Request a Refund
- Visit our self-service refund page to submit your request online
- Sign in with your account, select the order, and follow the steps
- Your request will be reviewed by our team within 1–3 business days
- Alternatively, you can email support@seedance2ai.io with your account email and order details
Non-Refundable Circumstances
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
- Requests made after the 7-day period has expired
- Purchased credits that are no longer recoverable — if your account no longer retains enough refundable credits from that purchase or billing period, the order is not eligible for refund
- Purchases made with promotional discounts, coupon codes, or special offers — discounted purchases are non-refundable
- Discounted annual subscription plans — discounted annual plans are not eligible for self-service refund, even if you request a refund within 7 days. Please contact support if you have special circumstances
- Cases where the service has been used in violation of our Terms of Service
- Free trial credits or promotional bonus credits
- Subscription renewals (you may cancel future renewals but cannot get refunds for the current period)
- Orders that have already been partially refunded
Refund Processing Timeline
Review Process
- All refund requests will be reviewed within 1–3 business days
- You will receive an email notification once a decision has been made
- The decision on refund eligibility is at the sole discretion of Seedance 2 AI Video
Payment Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed through your original payment method
- Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account
- Refunds will be issued in the original currency of the purchase
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
Refund Processing Fees
Stripe charges a 3% payment processing fee when a refund is issued. For orders below $100, we will absorb this fee so the customer can receive a full refund. For orders of $100 or more, the fee will be borne by the customer and deducted from the refund amount.
Subscription Management
Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, scroll to the bottom of any page and look for the icon in the footer's Support section. Alternatively, you can contact our support team at support@seedance2ai.io
- Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your credits until the end of your current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
- Subscription benefits remain active until the end of the paid period
Annual Subscription Credits
Annual subscription credits are distributed monthly over the subscription period. For example, if your plan includes 6,000 credits per year, you will receive 500 credits per month. You can view your credit distribution schedule in your account's subscription management page.
If you accidentally chose an annual plan when you intended to buy a monthly plan, please note that this does not automatically make the order eligible for a self-service refund. Discounted annual plans are still excluded from self-service refunds; support can review special circumstances manually.
Auto-Renewal
- You can disable auto-renewal at any time to prevent future charges
- Disabling auto-renewal does not affect your current subscription period
Data and Content Policy
Upon refund approval:
- The purchased credits will be removed from your account
- Your account and any remaining credits (from other purchases or promotions) will remain accessible
- Generated videos will remain accessible in your account
Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our service after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
