For an unexpected renewal or a refund request, contact our team directly, even if self-service refunds are unavailable. Requests are reviewed under our Refund Policy.
Include your account email, charge date, amount and invoice or order number. Never send your full card number.
Submitting within 7 days is required, but it does not by itself make an order refundable. Self-service refunds are available only when all eligibility conditions are met, including enough recoverable credits, no promotional discount, and no discounted annual-plan or renewal restriction.
